My Machine Starts Working When My Tech Shows Up

If you call your espresso service technician out for a repair and your espresso equipment magically starts working again, you can feel confident that this can happen to almost anyone. Needless to say, it is still frustrating. If this happens, you should know that your espresso service technician will do everything they can to replicate your machine’s issue, but if the problem does not present itself your service technician will only be able to make a logical guess at what is wrong. Your service technician may opt to offer you suggestions for parts replacement, but it will be up to you to decide whether a functioning component of your espresso machine should be replaced. If you are unfortunate to experience this type of service call, before having your technician randomly replace components, you may want to consider other aspects of your machine’s environment such as operator influence.
